We are currently mitigating a large inbound DDOS attack against our network. This may cause some intermittent issues with accessing sites and email services. We operate an Arbor Networks DDOS protection system which will soon begin to block this traffic and restore normal operations. We will keep all customers updated.

New CPU Hardware (Resolved)

At 00:00AM / 3rd October, we will be upgrading our servers to introduce new CPU Hardware which is 90% faster then the existing hardware, This will bring both major performance gains along with increased stability, During our upgrade window of 1hr some customers might notice brief intermittent access however downtime will be kept to a minimum.

We are currently mitigating a massive inbound DDOS attack, We use an Arbor Networks DDOS protection facility to block these attacks, however this does take several minutes to take effect, Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.
